I would love to do this in P when (if) I leave, but 1.5 years is a long time to hold a grudge big enough to build a tank.

what would you destroy there anyway? trees? you’d end up doing development firms a favor.

I could take out Carousel once and for all, maybe Kaliente too. But Shop the (Whole) World at the Salty Dog would be first on my list.
